Algo of www.fi

I didn't use it before, just checked out www.fi and I'm wondering about the algo of this SE (of course it can chages in a while, but just in general)...

From the first look it has another algo as if I type there the same keywords - it gives totally different results. Does anybody can briefly describe it?
I was just wondering if it close to russian Yandex or Rambler.

Does www.fi have some rank system as PageRank of Google?
And does it count the same way as Google? Or anchor in links is more important like for Yahoo?
Does it counts reciprocal links?
And the same META and Hn are important like for most SEs?

The engine uses Fast (norway) search technology for searches in finnish and gigablast for other. That´s all I know for know - this engine is newly launched. They have big plans, but let´s see how they manage to compete with Google. As a search engine they have really know added value to give for the finnish surfer.

Just checked results for some keywords in finnish (as much as i know finnish). Seems very good and relevant results. I like it.
But how often they do update? If you know what I mean... here in Yandex after update results pretty changes...
And one more thing, how much % finns use www.fi now? I asked about it like half an year ago, how does situation changed?

I think about 99% or 98% uses Google, the rest use .fi, yahoo, msn, etc. So if finnish people searches about 5 million times per day in Google, that means about 50000 searches per day for all keywords in other SEs. So in other words - not worth it
